Email support@deadcrew.com. When you report a problem, include your macOS version, the app version (Settings › General) and, for interface problems, the output of ifconfig -a with any addresses you'd rather not share removed.

Common questions

An interface I expect is missing

Turn on Inactive in the menu header. Interfaces that are down, have no link, or have only an IPv6 link-local address are hidden by default. Pin an interface to keep it visible.

The Wi-Fi network name says "hidden"

macOS only reveals it to apps with Location Services permission. Allow Network Status Menu in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services.

The Enable toggle only opens System Settings

Changing a service needs administrator rights. Install and pair the admin helper, or use System Settings.

Statistics look dim or incomplete

A dimmed row covers less time than its period, for example right after launch or after sleep. It fills in as the app keeps running.
